Where this site actually is
You get pitched by directories constantly, so here is the honest position rather than a number designed to impress you.
Karting Tracks is newly rebuilt. There are 27 circuits written up properly across 20 counties, with more added every week. Traffic is early and growing. We are not going to tell you we will send you hundreds of bookings next month, because we do not know that and neither does anyone else who tells you so.
What we can tell you is what we have built. Every listing compares the same things in the same way: cost per minute of track time, circuit length, minimum age and minimum height per circuit, and any compulsory extras. Operators do not publish that comparison, and until now nobody else did either.

How we intend to make money
Worth saying plainly, because you will wonder, and because what we are not doing matters as much as what we are.
We are not going to charge for placement. In a market this size it would be dishonest. There are three tracks in Kent. Being first of three is worth nothing, because anyone comparing will look at all three anyway. Directories that charge for position are selling something that only works when there are hundreds of options to escape from, and karting has no such thing.
We are not going to charge a subscription for being listed. Coverage is the point of the site. Gating it would make it worse for the people using it, which would make it worse for you.
What we are building instead is group enquiries. A stag party for twenty, a corporate day, a team endurance event: those are worth hundreds or thousands to you, and they start with someone who does not yet know which circuit they want. If we can put that enquiry in front of the right tracks, that is worth paying for, and you would only pay when we actually send you one.
Common questions
Is claiming really free?
Yes, and permanently. There is no trial, no tier above it and nothing to cancel. We want accurate data and photos, and you want your listing to be right, so the exchange works without money changing hands.
Do you take commission on bookings?
No. There is no commission, no markup and no booking fee. Visitors go to your own booking system at your own prices. That is the whole promise of the site and we are not going to break it.
Can I have my listing removed?
Yes, just ask. We would rather correct it than remove it, and we will tell you what we would need to make it accurate, but it is your business and the answer is yes.
Where did you get our information?
Your own website, and we list the exact pages at the bottom of every listing. Where a booking system and a marketing page disagree, we say so publicly rather than quietly picking one.
Why does our listing show gaps?
Because we would rather admit what we do not know than guess. If we cannot find your session lengths, we cannot calculate cost per minute, so we say that instead of inventing a figure. It also means your listing sits out of the value comparisons, which is worth fixing.
Will paying ever move us up the rankings?
No. Cost per minute, minimum age and circuit length are calculated the same way for everyone, and nothing we sell will ever change where you appear in a comparison. If we cannot rank honestly there is no reason for anyone to read the site.
We are not listed at all. Can you add us?
Yes, and we would like to. Send us your website and we will write you up properly. There is no charge for that either.
