What never changes, paid or not. We don't take commission and never add a booking fee, and enquiries go straight to you. The comparison itself isn't for sale: lists, filters and sorting treat every track the same way. The only paid placement is the Featured strip, and it's always labelled.

Claim your listing

We check every claim by hand, usually within two working days. A work email on your track's own domain is the quickest way through. Otherwise we'll call the number on your website to confirm.

Questions

How do you check I run the track?

If your email address is on the same domain as your track's website, that's usually enough. If not, we'll ring the number published on your website before approving.

What happens when the free year ends?

We'll email you before it ends. If you'd like to carry on, we'll invoice the annual fee, at the founding rate if you claimed by 31 December 2026. If not, just say: your listing goes back to a free basic listing and stays on the site.

How does Featured work?

Claimed listings with at least one photo can appear in a strip labelled "Paid placement" at the top of their county and region pages, up to three at a time. The order rotates daily so nobody is always first. It never changes the comparison list underneath.

What photos can I add?

Up to eight of your own photos of the track, karts and facilities. We check each one before it goes live. They show while your listing is claimed.

Do I need to change anything to get enquiries?

No. Enquiries are sent to the email address we hold for your track, claimed or not. Claiming lets you check and change that address.

Can I have my track taken off the site?

Yes. Email [email protected] from an address at your track and we'll remove it within two working days.

Group of venues?

Claim each venue with the same email address and you'll manage them all from one sign-in. Talk to us about a group rate.

Claimed listing terms

A claimed listing is free for twelve months from the day we approve it. After that it costs £95 + VAT a year, or the founding rate for the first paid year if it applied when you claimed. We'll confirm the price in writing when we approve your claim.
Fees are invoiced annually in advance by Chooseyourevent.com Ltd, which runs Karting Tracks. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at the current rate. We'll check you want to continue before sending any invoice, and if you don't renew, the listing goes back to a free basic listing.
You can ask us to change your listing at any time. We check changes before they go live, usually within two working days, and may decline anything inaccurate, misleading or not about karting.
Paying doesn't change your position in comparisons, filters or sorting. Featured placement appears only in the labelled Featured strip, rotates between claimed listings with photos, and isn't guaranteed on any particular page or day.
You must own any photos you send us or have permission to use them, and you allow us to show them on your listing and in Featured while your listing is claimed. We may decline photos that are misleading, low quality or not of your venue.
You confirm that you're authorised to act for the track and that what you send us is accurate.
We may remove the claim if it turns out you're not authorised, or if the listing is used to mislead visitors.
