3 tracks in Highlands and Moray run team building events. The appeal is that karting is a genuine leveller: seniority stops mattering the moment the lights go out.
Aviemore, Highlands and Moray
A 550-metre outdoor circuit at Aviemore with the Cairngorms as a backdrop, and one of the more interesting layouts in Scotland: six metres wide for overtaking, sweeping bends on positive camber, undulations, and a long straight down one side.
Golspie, Highlands and Moray
North of Scotland Kart Club runs the Little Ferry Circuit near Golspie in Sutherland, which the club describes as the most northerly kart track in Britain. The outdoor circuit is 998 metres long with six corners, including a corkscrew section.

Session price divided by minutes on track, calculated the same way everywhere. Group event pricing differs, so treat this as a guide to relative value.
The thing that catches groups out. Below the minimum you either pay for absent drivers or book an open session instead.

Fastlane Indoor Raceways is an indoor kart track at the Broadfold Business Centre in Bridge of Don, on the northern side of Aberdeen, and describes itself as the city's only indoor karting venue. It runs walk-up sessions, children's birthday parties, company events and stag and hen groups.

Drivers share a kart and swap over across an hour or more. Far better for building a team than everyone racing individually, and often cheaper per head because it is priced per kart.
Most operators take card on the day. Fewer will invoice a company on thirty days, and it is worth asking before you commit.
Meeting or dining space on site turns half a day into a full one and saves moving everybody twice.
Height, weight or medical limits will rule someone out. Sites with a simulator or a second activity handle that gracefully.
