About Cumbria Kart Racing Club

Cumbria Kart Racing Club runs the Rowrah Kart Track, a 1,030-metre outdoor circuit in West Cumbria between Frizington and Lamplugh, with a shorter layout available for novices.

It is first a club racing venue, hosting owner-driver practice on Thursday evenings and race meetings for classes including IAME Cadet, KZ2, gearbox and Tillotson karts, as well as an annual O-plate meeting.

On Monday evenings in summer the club opens to the public for low-cost ten-minute sessions in club karts from age 7, and a Thursday kids and adults club offers regular driving without owning a kart.
