About Tockwith Outdoor Karting

Tockwith Outdoor Karting is an outdoor circuit on the former Tockwith Airfield, west of York in North Yorkshire. The track is floodlit, so booked sessions run into the evening all year.

Juniors from 8 to 13 (at least 125cm tall) drive single-engine Honda cadet karts, while anyone 14 or over moves up to twin-engine Honda karts. Midweek daytime sessions can be joined without booking; races, team endurance events and family sessions are booked in advance.

The venue also caters for owner drivers several days a week, rents out karts by the day, runs lessons and offers ARKS licence testing.
